Chapter 150
Winifred leaned in, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. โDo you want her to disappear for good, or just make her lose the baby?โ
Olivia flinched back, startled by Winifredโs smile. She just didnโt want that scheming woman to succeed.
Her mom had passed away a few years ago, and Olivia didnโt mind that her dad found someone newโafter all, her motherโs illness had taken a toll on him for so long.
But this woman was different. She had gotten close to him on purpose, all because she was after their familyโs money from the start.
โWhat do you mean by โdisappear for goodโ?โ Olivia asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Winifred lowered her gaze to her dark purple nails, her eyes filled with mystery. โIโm a law-abiding citizen. If you donโt want her staying in V, just send her back to her hometown,โ Winifred said casually.
Whether she was sent back safely or not depended on how cooperative she was.
Olivia breathed a sigh of relief. โAlright, then, I want her sent backโback to where she came from. And I want her to lose the babyโฆ sheโs only two months along. Can you help me with that?โ
This was nothing for Winifredโit was a simple task she could handle herself. Yet here Olivia was, paying someone else to do it. Winifred didnโt know whether Olivia was too kind or just too useless. She couldnโt even deal with something this simple.
Getting rid of a bastard child was nothingโjust a little โaccidentโ here and there was completely normal. Yet, here Olivia was, still soft-hearted toward someone who had threatened her position.
โSure, I can do thatโฆ but itโll be one million,โ Winifred said, letting the words hang in the air.
โI wonโt short you a single cent. Iโll gather the remaining money within a year, Winifred. And I could even help you get back into school. Iโll keep my promise,โ Olivia said with determination.
As long as her dad wasnโt bewitched by that woman, everything would go back to the way it used to beโheโd only care about her.
Winifred pausedโsheโd actually been about to offer a lower price. But since Olivia had already agreed, Winifred was naturally even happier to make more money.
snag another bowl of noodles to take with her.
Olivia left Winifredโs place in high spirits, thinking sheโdโฆ
โWhat? I need a reservation? Seriously, thereโs literally no one hereโwhat am I even reserving for?โ Olivia complained, totally baffled.
The shop was completely empty.
โEver heard of food delivery?โ Frankie shot back, deadpan.
Olivia froze. โThen why didnโt she need a reservation earlier?โ Olivia asked, still confused.
โWhen Wicked Winnie wants something, I wouldnโt dare ask her to make a reservation,โ Frankie replied.
Olivia stomped her foot in frustration. โHow long is the wait for a reservation then?โ
โAfter the afternoon,โ Frankie said, shrugging.
โThen I wonโt eat,โ Olivia huffed.
โEat or donโt, makes no difference to me,โ Frankie said with a shrug.
โOlivuโ was absolutely fuming, stomping off in a rage. She swore she would never come back to this terrible place again.
Winifred tapped away at her keyboard, and in just a few seconds, every detail about Oliviaโs family was right there on her screen.
โIs he rurryoneโs so-called good guy? What a joke,โ Winifred sneered inwardly. โJust an old leech living off his wifeโs money. And heโs got plenty of mistresses on the side, too. Olivia really is hopelessly naive.โ
โWinifred, the tattoo shop owner wants to know when youโll be there,โ Ryan called out.
โComing,โ Winifred replied.
Chapter 150
Sienna stepped out of the car and walked straight ahead. โAre you sure sheโs at the tattoo shop?โ
โYes, Miss Enna, I got word that Miss Winifred made an appointmentโsheโs getting a gun tattooed on her arm,โ the bodyguard replied.
Sienna was at a loss for words.
Inside the tattoo shop, the ownerโa bald guyโimmediately straightened up when he saw Winifred walk in. "Well, if it isnโt the Wickedโuh, Miss Winifred! Youโre finally here. Iโve been waiting ages for you. Please, have a seat," he said, putting on his best smile.
Laura rushed over, practically bouncing with excitement. โWinifred, look! The bโฆ"
Winifred just stared at it, thinking it looked awful. She couldnโt help but question his skills. โAre you sure you know what youโre doing? The lines are all crooked.โ
The bald guy quickly defended himself. โHey, itโs not my faultโshe was scared of the pain and kept moving around!โ
Laura nodded, then asked with wide-eyed innocence, โWinifred, it was all my fault. Are you getting a tattoo too?โ
Laura had been going on and on about how cool tattoos were, and honestly, Winifred was getting a little curious herself. She glanced casually at the designs and said, "Tattoo a frog for me."
โA frog?โ The bald guy was dumbfounded.
Sienna and Lana had just reached the doorway when they both instinctively fell silent.
Winifred stretched out her long legs, leaned back in the chair, and arched an eyebrow. โWhat? You donโt think frogs look good? They actually mean something to me.โ
โYou sure about this? You really want a frog tattoo?โ he asked, still trying to process it.
Winifred took off her jacket. "I'm sure. Quit the chatterโtwo frogs, make them look cool. One on each hand."
The bald guy was speechless, still not understanding why Winifred would want a frog tattoo.
โWhy do you want a tattoo?โ A chilly voice suddenly rang out. Winifredโs pupils shrank as she turned and locked eyes with Siennaโs aloof stare.
โWhy is she here?โ Winifred thought, startled. โWhy does she keep popping up everywhere?โ
Winifred hurriedly slipped her jacket back on.
The shop owner, seeing the imposing figure of Sienna walk in, practically pushed, falling over himself to greet her. โWelcome, welcome!โ
