“Did Nathaniel bring Elliot back?” Vivian was astonished by Elliot’s situation.

“Yes, but we still don’t know where he’s taken him,” Cecilia replied, worry etched on her face. “He also knows my amnesia was feigned. I’ll be living with him now. Please look after Jon; ensure he doesn't find out.”

“Don’t worry,” Vivian reassured her. “Jon will be safe. But… did Nathaniel ever confess his feelings? Why else would he insist you return to Daltonia Villa?”

Cecilia hesitated, then dismissed the idea. “Stella was right: those who don't love you, never will. How could he possibly love me after a few years’ absence?”

Vivian scoffed. “Nathaniel is despicable. Even without love, he wants to control you.”

Cecilia gently patted Vivian’s hand. “Let’s drop it. We’ll pick up Jon later; it’s Friday, remember?”

The conversation shifted to Jonathan, lightening the mood. Vivian agreed. She hadn’t forgotten the lawsuit against Stella. After Stella’s torment, she wouldn’t falter. Vivian showed Cecilia the overwhelming online support for Stella. Cecilia reviewed it.

“Once a song is a hit, everyone jumps on the bandwagon,” Cecilia observed. “So shameless! Stella’s song was for Mr. Rainsworth. I wonder how that so-called renowned foreign composer created their ‘masterpiece’?”

“Exactly! I’ve never seen anything like Stella’s song. That composer should release their own originals!” Vivian agreed.

Cecilia sneered inwardly. “Vivian, it’s time.”

“What do you mean?” Vivian asked.

“The information we had wasn’t enough. I’ve found something new.” Cecilia revealed. This tune was originally released on a niche platform, later shut down. Recently, industry contacts helped restore the platform, and Cecilia's old songs resurfaced. She wondered how Stella obtained the music.

Vivian was shocked. “You had this song four years ago? Why didn’t you tell me? This would have saved me so much trouble!”

Cecilia apologized. “I only received confirmation this morning. This coincidence is unbelievable. Now, we can finally retaliate.”

“Yes!” Vivian exclaimed. “Tonight will be a sleepless night for Stella.”

Meanwhile, at the preschool, Jonathan, Dante, and Felix were playing together.

“Will Stella really pick you up?” Dante asked Felix, his words carrying authority.

“Yes,” Felix replied. “That annoying woman, trying to curry favor with our family and Great-Grandpa, told Grandma Elena she would.”

Dante rolled up his sleeves. “Good. She bullied my aunt yesterday; today she’ll regret it.”

“I’ll help,” Felix added, already part of their team. He disliked Stella too.
